I don't know what to make of this one. I am reminded both of the stars and of chicken pox. Though there are a few spots that are more like small donuts. There are also ones seeming to be closer to fireballs. I am starting to lean more towards the cosmos on this one. The subtleties hint that there is more complication here than a bunch of dots...

That definitely looks like chicken pox! I had chicken pox when I was 12. I actually remember it. It was not fun and they weren't perfect round dots either.
